- Think Before You Post – Make sure what you share is safe and kind.
- Ask for Help – If something online makes you feel uncomfortable, tell a trusted adult.
- Use Strong Passwords – Keep your accounts safe with tricky passwords.
- Give Credit – If you use a picture or idea from the internet, say where it came from.
- Stay Safe – Only visit websites that your parents and teachers approve of.
- Limit Screen Time – Take breaks and play offline too!

I live on Long Island with my family. I have three children, ages 15, 13, and 9.
I also have 2 Sheepdogs, 2 cats, and lots of indoor and outdoor fish!
In my leisure time, I balance being a homebody, reading and being outdoorsy by hiking and camping with my family.
